Alcala is a summer variety with Flamenco timing. It has a good wrap and white curd.
Liria has medium-sized curds with fine structure and good wrap. Its leaves open up at harvest. It is suitable for summer and autumn harvest, maturing in 80 days. It has an upright habit and is a two-cut product.
Skywalker is an outstanding autumn cauliflower maturing in 95–110 days to 50% cut. It has a very clean base with deep white protected curds.
Toledo is strong and vigorous, producing good solid heads. It is an all-summer variety that reaches maturity in 90 days.
