Caribe is a very vigorous variety suited to early and late production. It has an erect habit, wide dark green healthy foliage, good-sized leaves, and a very aromatic flavour. It is uniform to harvest with high yield potential in bunches, has good tolerance to bolting in cooler conditions, and can withstand high densities without affecting quality.
