Kensington is a Cucurbita maxima variety producing medium sized grey fruits weighing 3-4 kg. The medium-thick skin and firm, dense orange flesh make it highly suited to culinary use, delivering excellent flavour and texture. Plants exhibit medium vigour with consistent high yields of uniform fruits and moderate resistance to fruit rot.
