Butterkin is an oblate Cucurbita moschata variety prized for its sweet, nutty flavour and smooth tan skin. Fruits average 1.5 kg with versatile culinary potential. Semi-vining plants typically set 3–5 fruits per plant and offer strong resistance to powdery mildew.
