Crantock is a broad-habited winter cauliflower producing weighty, round curds with excellent protection from upright central leaves. It also offers tolerance to ringspot.
Cubert is a medium-to-large winter cauliflower producing smooth, well-protected curds with healthy foliage. Duchy trials recorded a 90% average cut rate, supporting strong harvest performance.
Dinard is a vigorous winter cauliflower with good curd wrap and enhanced harvest flexibility. It produces consistent, well-protected curds across the harvest window.
Doelan is a reliable winter cauliflower with a very clean frame and a wide harvest window. It offers flexibility across production regions while maintaining consistent crop quality.
Dourven is a reliable winter cauliflower with an excellent frame and strong curd wrap, delivering consistent quality and curd protection throughout production.
EXP3195 has improved wrap over its predecessors, with a medium upright habit and good bottom health.
Fletcher is a winter cauliflower for late-April to May harvesting, producing good-quality curds. It remains in the regional cropping guides although it has no profile card in the WIP brochure.
Harlyn is a vigorous winter cauliflower producing well-wrapped, round curds on upright plants with a clean base. It offers intermediate resistance to ringspot.
Lambo is a vigorous winter cauliflower with improved curd wrap, a medium-upright habit and strong bottom health. It delivers reliable curd protection and consistent crop quality.
Newlyn is a November–December harvest variety with vigorous growth and clean leaves. It has a good frame with a visible curd at harvest.
