Windsor

Windsor is a Cucurbita maxima variety producing large, oblate grey fruits weighing 4–6 kg. The medium-thick rind and dense orange flesh make it well-suited to culinary use, providing both flavour and texture. Plants show medium vigour with steady yields of uniform fruits and moderate resistance to powdery mildew and zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV).
